This is your step by step guide to ordering uniforms online.
Please read through this Order Portal guide carefully as there are important steps that will need to be taken to ensure your uniform order is processed accurately and efficiently.
Subee Uniforms
Step 1
Visit your online uniform store by clicking the link below then enter the uniform portal password.Please follow the link to your online store:

You will be asked to enter the Subee Order Portal PASSWORD: Subee2024
This is not your personal login. You will be asked for this the first time you checkout when entering your billing and shipping details.
Step 2
Click on each category image to view the entire range.
Step 3
Start shopping. Select the products you wish to order.
Step 4
Enter your information. Please select colour, size, colour.
(Please select carefully as there are No Refunds on embroidered garments!)
Step 5
Add product to cart.
Once you have added your item to your cart, this green prompt will pop up to let you know.
If you have finished shopping click ‘View Cart’ to proceed to check out and head to Step 07 in this guide.

If you wish to continue shopping and are already in the shopping cart, click any of your items to take you back to the Subee Uniform Shop- or Click on Subee DO NOT Click Home.
*DO NOT CLICK HOME This will send you back into WSUA’s shop page, not your personalised shop.
Step 7
Checkout!
This is where you will enter your personal details including creating your own private login.
BILLING DETAILS
Enter your personal details here. In Company Name put Subee and then either Coffs Harbour or Newcastle.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Insert your name in shipping details First & Last Name Fields.
Insert your personal shipping address in shipping address fields.

Step 9
Keep your order number on hand. Be sure to keep your order number for reference. We will send an invoice to your email address.
