As you know, the new Enterprise Agreement has been drafted and is now ready to be presented to all employees. 2 information sessions were run this week to hear the details about the new EBA and how it will impact the employees, organisation and ultimately the service we provide to our clients. Information sessions will be held via Zoom. Each session will run for approximately 30 minutes and there will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session as well as following the session.
