We all need to complete 3 areas of training to meet accreditation requirements BY THE END OF AUGUST. This means that you, and all staff, have been rostered-on to attend a 2 hour face-to-face training session over the next 2 weeks.
These Mandatory Training modules you will all need to complete, are required for Subee Newlake to pass Accreditation. This Accreditation is governed and monitored by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Australian Community Industry Standards (ACIS) 2018 and Aged Care Quality Standards.
These rules and these training modules aim to keep you and our clients safe. They promote the delivery of evidence-based safe and high-quality client care whilst continuously monitoring and improving services to meet client needs and goals.
Moving forward the mandatory modules will be completed by support staff prior to their first shift at Subee Newlake, however we ALL need to complete these 3 areas of training to meet accreditation requirements by the end of August. You will be paid for your attendance.
