Flu Shots today

Today is Flu Vaccine day.

Part of Subee Newlakes commitment to providing safe and quality care to our staff and clients is to provide an Infuenza Vaccination Program.  It is also a responsibility of Subee Newlake under the Aged Care Safety and Quality Commission Rules 2018 (The Rules) that all support workers be influenza vaccinated by 1st May 2020.

In order to support you with obtaining your vaccination we will be holding a vaccination clinic at our office today, Friday 3rd April 2020 @ 1pm. Subee Newlake will cover the cost.

Due to current social distancing requirement please wait outside 2 metres apart from your co-workers.  I will be there to help facilitate this process.  Attached is a consent form for you to fill in and bring or I will have some on the day that you can complete.

Just keep in mind during these tricky COVID 19 times that local doctors surgeries will be potentially very busy so please try to attend Subee Newlake Clinic on Friday if you can.
